Manager, Data & AI Strategy

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end client engagements with on-time delivery
• Serve as the primary contact and face of the engagement
• Build trust-based relationships with client stakeholders
• Identify gaps between business aims and data/AI capabilities
• Design and lead workshops on AI strategy, governance, and operating model
• Craft executive narratives guiding stakeholders to actions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Eng, or Data Science; Master's asset
• 4–7 years in consulting, data strategy and AI transformation
• Lead client-facing workstreams; mentor juniors; support RFPs
• Structure ambiguous problems; run stakeholder workshops
• Strong data governance and AI analytics knowledge (ML, GenAI, LLMs)
• French fluency desirable but not required
