Manager, Data Analytics

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of business and data analysts.
• Own analytics roadmap for commercial, sales, and GTM; prioritize work and ensure delivery.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate needs into KPIs and reporting.
• Oversee dashboards, models, data solutions on Snowflake, dbt, and BI tools.
• Drive data quality and governance with data engineering and BI teams.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to embed analytics in key decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data/analytics; 2–3 years in people leadership.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in analytics, data science, economics, or related field.
• Strong SQL and Snowflake, dbt, ETL experience.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Proven track record leading and growing analytics talent.
• Influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
