📋 Description

• Triage data issues and partner with engineering, data, and customer success teams.
• Understand data flows and articulate findings to varied audiences.
• Drive scoping and execution of analytical requests with stakeholders.
• Work with customers and teammates to deeply understand data issues.
• Develop analytical deliverables and dashboards to drive decisions.
• Lead data projects with a structured, methodical approach.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of technical analytics experience and report writing.
• 2+ years handling large datasets and distilling insights with structured thinking.
• 3+ years of SQL with CTEs, complex joins, and window functions.
• 2+ years building dashboards with Looker or other BI tools.
• 1+ years experience in Google Sheets or Excel with VLOOKUP and nested IFs.
• 2+ years direct people management experience.
