Manager, Data and Analytics

📋 Description

• Support the design and execution of reporting and analysis (40%): Cleaning, compile, and analyze
• Support data collection, quality assurance, verification, and systems initiatives (40%): Support
• Support day-to-day activities of the Data & Analytics team (20%): Support KIPP Foundation

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a role focused on quantitative reporting and analysis, data
• Experience with SQL or other programming languages/statistical software (e.g., Python, R, SAS
• Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to present data and findings in
• A customer service mindset with a goal to assist program teams with their data needs.
• Familiarity with data quality assurance processes.
