• Lead site critical facilities operations teams responsible for monitoring, rounds, response
• Ensure all site activities are executed in accordance with approved procedures, change control
• Manage shift coverage, daily operating rhythms, handoff quality, issue escalation, and event
• Maintain high readiness for abnormal operations, outages, switching, emergency response, and
• Partner with maintenance, engineering, and critical systems teams to ensure plant issues are

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data center operations, critical facilities operations, or similar
• 3+ years of frontline leadership experience in a 24/7 operating environment.
• Strong working knowledge of critical power, cooling, controls, and monitoring systems.
• Experience with operating procedures, incident response, change control, and plant risk management.
• Ability to lead teams calmly and effectively during abnormal situations and operational events.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across shifts and functions.
