Manager Data Center Operations

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain core data center and hardware infrastructure to meet scale.
• Lead a team of DC engineers on rack deployments, troubleshooting, and decommissioning.
• Identify and solve critical problems via root cause analysis; improve automation.
• Create and improve infrastructure, metrics, and standards (Runbooks, SOPs, MOPs) for scalability.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for critical infrastructure.
• Build Core sites globally; manage low-voltage cabling, BOMs, vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in large-scale data center infrastructure; 3+ years leading a 3+ person team.
• Experience installing, monitoring, and maintaining server and network equipment; provisioning new gear.
• In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, networks.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage concurrent tasks.
• Experience installing DC equipment; able to lift 75 lbs occasionally.
