📋 Description

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Partner Development Managers.
• Create and drive ecosystem strategy focused on innovative ISVs and Data Providers.
• Lead joint GTM and co-sell with Snowflake sales teams.
• Connect cross-functional dots with Product, Industry GTM, Marketing, Operations, and Sales.
• Measure and drive partner lifecycle and performance across recruitment to scaled go-to-market.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in tech sales, partner development, alliances, or business development in cloud and data
• 3+ years of direct people management in a matrix tech organization.
• Deep knowledge of retail, CPG, manufacturing, IoT, supply chain, and AI use cases.
• Proven success building partner ecosystems and GTM/co-sell programs.
• Excellent communication and storytelling with C-suite stakeholders.
