Manager, Data/ML Platform

📋 Description

• Lead Data + ML Platform strategy and execution.
• Own technical direction for data and ML platform, spanning data engineering, data platform, and ML Ops.
• Invest in MLOps: model registry, feature stores, deployments, monitoring.
• Build measurement frameworks for LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Scale data platform to handle large-scale streaming and batch data across modalities.
• Modularize and scale systems; improve reliability; modernize legacy infra.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software/ML with data/ML infra focus.
• 3+ years leading ML, Data Eng, or platform teams.
• Proven experience building or scaling MLOps (registry, feature stores, monitoring, experiments).
• Experience building data platforms at scale (streaming or large-scale batch).
• Proven experience shipping data and ML systems in production.
• Ownership of the model lifecycle: data, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring.
