📋 Description

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Data Protection Analysts
Recruit, hire, and onboard analysts; build team structure and processes
Own quality, consistency, and timeliness of team's work
Establish playbooks and best practices for incident investigation
Define and track team KPIs
Serve as escalation point for complex investigations

🎯 Requirements

7+ years experience with data protection products
2+ years leading technical teams
Deep expertise in DLP, Insider Threat, and CASB solutions
Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR integrations
Strong understanding of endpoint protection and macOS, Linux, Windows
Knowledge of security controls for sensitive data
