Analytics - Develop empirical models to study MTG Arena lifecycle and engagement.
Modeling - Draw projections of revenue and engagement to inform design and GTM.
Ecosystem - Partner with analysts to understand Magic fandom.
Flex - Occasionally dive into other Magic aspects to help the ecosystem.
Reporting - Build dashboards and performance reporting in Tableau.
Collaboration - Work with Arena Business leaders, Data Engineers, GTM teams.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of predictive and causal analysis experience
Degree in finance, economics, CS, math, or quantitative field; grad degree preferred
Self-directed, able to drive projects to completion and timelines
Translate questions into rigorous research plans and findings
Experience with Python or R and SQL
Familiarity with Magic: The Gathering is a bonus
