📋 Description

• Lead and develop the Data Science team with technical guidance.
• Define technical direction and align work with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional ML initiatives solving high-impact problems.
• Build and productionize ML solutions: recommendations and ranking.
• Design experiments and causal inference to measure impact.
• Communicate insights to stakeholders and drive analytics best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Data Science/ML; 2+ years leading teams.
• Bachelor's in a quantitative field; advanced degrees a plus.
• Proficient in Python for modeling; strong SQL skills.
• Cloud AI/ML platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure); deployment experience.
• Experience with BigQuery/Snowflake; dbt familiarity.
• Strong communication and ability to lead complex projects.
