🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a measurement-driven function with leadership experience
• 2+ years of management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, computer engineering, or information systems
• Experience hiring, leading, developing, and retaining talent
• Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to distill insights
