Manager, Datacenter Compute Infrastructure (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Build, lead, and mentor a sourcing team for datacenter compute infra
• Define commodity strategies and multi-year roadmaps with eng teams
• Oversee end-to-end sourcing, supplier qualification, and multi-sourcing
• Align internal roadmaps with vendors to secure allocation and capacity
• Negotiate major agreements on pricing, volume, tech access, and delivery
• Manage ODM/CM relationships and drive server/rack design improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering
• 12+ years experience in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering in lieu of degree
• 6+ years global supply chain for compute hardware (GPUs/CPUs/storage/servers)
• 3+ years people management
• 3+ years building, leading, and managing sourcing teams
• Onsite in Austin or Palo Alto; travel domestically and internationally
