Manager, DC Construction - Project Accounting

📋 Description

• Own the accounting for capital costs from project setup through placed-in-service.
• Own the construction in progress (CIP) ledger and cost accumulation.
• Run the monthly accrual and cost-to-complete process.
• Determine when assets are ready for their intended use and trigger capitalization.
• Partner with accounting, finance, construction, and operations teams.
• Maintain documentation and controls supporting internal and external audit.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience with capital, construction, or fixed asset accounting.
• Demonstrated experience owning a month-end close process end to end.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance with control documentation and external audit
• ERP systems experience required; NetSuite and project costing modules preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with non-accounting teams.
• Work authorization without future sponsorship required.
