Plan knowledge transfer and transition-to-sustainment activities.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in software development in PM/Delivery roles.
CCaaS deployment: Genesys, Amazon Connect, Five9, Google CES; business case.
Manage complex program dependencies across vendors, carriers, internal teams.
Strong financial acumen: budgets, forecasts, utilization, variance.
AI-enabled CX product delivery and AI tooling adoption.
Led globally distributed delivery teams; risk/compliance aware; certifications a plus.
