📋 Description

• Build and lead a high-performing DSA team guiding EE customers to production.
• Accelerate production onboarding and scale high-impact workloads.
• Maintain technical excellence with Databricks and data/AI knowledge.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, Support, Product Eng, and Professional Services.
• Establish tracking for workloads, usage growth, and health.
• Drive initiatives to enhance consistency, scalability, and innovation across DSA.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in customer-facing tech roles; 3+ years leading teams.
• Experience with cloud-based lakehouse architectures and migrations.
• Proven track record delivering workloads to production on cloud-native platforms.
• Deep understanding of distributed data systems and cloud-native architecture.
• Hands-on SQL; Python or Scala; code reviews; architecture sessions.
• Hyperscaler experience with AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus.
