Manager, Deployment FP&A

📋 Description

• Support day-to-day financial tracking for active construction projects.
• Develop and maintain models, dashboards, and reporting packages.
• Build deployment and capital dashboards for leadership briefings.
• Manage monthly actuals, forecasts, and variance reporting.
• Assist EPC billing tracking and contract terms.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and data hygiene improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in FP&A, accounting, or project finance.
• Strong Excel skills; able to build and maintain models independently.
• Comfortable with large, multi-project datasets under deadline pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Exposure to construction, EPC contractor, or capital project accounting.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry, Power BI, or similar tools.
• AP1000/AP300 or nuclear new-build exposure.
