Hire, coach, and support a team of Developer Advocates spread across the region.
Decide how the team splits its time between community and customer work.
Work with Marketing to plan where we show up in APJ.
Create and translate content that developers in the region will use.
Find local community leaders to help lead, contribute to open source, and spread the word.
Track whether more developers are signing up, trying Temporal, and sticking around.

🎯 Requirements

Experience in developer advocacy, solutions engineering, developer education, or community work at
Experience managing people, or ready to take that step.
Real technical depth to build, demo, present, and answer hard questions.
Organized about running programs consistently.
Comfortable working with Marketing, Sales, SAs, Dev Success, and Product.
Experience working across different cultures and markets in APJ.
