📋 Description

• Own the agentic coding roadmap and orchestration model.
• Lead agentic code review and security posture work.
• Define AI infrastructure spend guardrails for the team.
• Grow and mentor a team of senior engineers.
• Partner with engineering leadership on AI-native software direction.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Hands-on with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) or equivalent.
• Experience owning a significant vendor or infrastructure contract.
• Comfort making autonomy/risk tradeoff calls in AI systems.
• Track record leading across multiple problem domains.
• Strong communication with executive stakeholders.
