📋 Description

• Lead open source DevRel for our portfolio end-to-end.
• Partner with engineering to align community needs with product goals.
• Coach and grow a Developer Advocates team and careers.
• Deliver talks, panels, blogs, and tutorials to boost adoption.
• Develop repeatable advocacy approaches and content flywheels.
• Drive external adoption of Open Lakehouse and Omnigent.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in developer relations or hands-on technical roles.
• 2+ years managing a DevRel team.
• Proven open source track record and governance experience.
• Strong relationships in Apache Software Foundation and Linux Foundation.
• Deep knowledge of Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Iceberg, MLflow.
• Excellent written and public speaking skills; cross-functional impact.
