🎯 Requirements

Excellent English; fluent Mandarin and Cantonese.
BFA or equivalent in digital media (VFX/Animation/Game Dev or related).
10+ years digital sculpting experience; toy industry preferred.
Expert ZBrush skills with a strong portfolio.
Understanding engineering principles and manufacturing for sculpted assets.
Proven ability to capture character likeness for licensed figures.
