• Own a 70% digital, 30% hands-on onboarding model.

• Monitor onboarding health and signals to identify at-risk customers early.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Customer Onboarding, Success, or related roles.
• 2+ years people-management experience leading onboarding teams.
• Experience building scaled onboarding models with digital and human touch.
• Strong SaaS/tech experience; understands subscription journeys.
• Experience leading high-volume portfolios with automation.
• Strong analytical skills; translate onboarding data into decisions.
