🎯 Requirements

• 6–9 years relevant consulting or technology delivery experience.
• 2+ years leading project teams with client ownership.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• Background in digital transformation, tech strategy, cloud, data analytics, ERP/CRM, agile.
• Excellent communication, executive presence, stakeholder mgmt.
• Hybrid model based in Chicago; travel as needed.
