📋 Description

  • Own strategy, planning, and performance of Direct Mail and Inserts.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and spend to drive incremental revenue and ROAS.
  • Develop briefs defining objectives, audiences, messaging, timelines, and metrics.
  • Partner with Analytics to build audience strategies, measurement, and roadmaps.
  • Use performance data and insights to optimize targeting, creative, and spend.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, and Creative to link print to journeys.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience managing marketing campaigns, CRM, lifecycle, or offline channels.
  • Strong commercial mindset; data-driven decision making.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting.
  • Able to develop clear briefs, channel plans, and testing strategies.
  • Strong project management; prioritize multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
  • Confident working with analytics on targeting, measurement, and experimentation.
