📋 Description

• Act as operational backbone for legal, revenue teams.
• Own legal tech stack; manage outside counsel.
• Streamline contract workflows; ensure compliance and scalability.
• Bridge Legal, Sales, Finance; align deals with objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of commercial agreements.
• Lead deal structuring, pricing analysis, revenue recognition.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Legal Ops, Commercial Finance Ops, Sales Ops, in-house, tech.
• BS/BA in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
• Knowledge of contract management, revenue recognition, vendor management.
• CLM systems (Ironclad), e-billing, DocuSign, Tropic.
• Financial modeling and data analytics.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.
