• Own daily Distribution Operations workflows for a defined line of business.
• Perform readiness checks to ensure assets meet requirements.
• Manage JIRA tickets and remediation workflows.
• Escalate risks with context, impact, and recommended actions.
• Coordinate with Content Ops, Localization, Product, and Engineering.
• Drive process optimization and contribute to SOPs and playbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in media ops or digital supply chain.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience in the streaming industry.
• Content lifecycle workflows (ingest → distribution).
• Experience with ticketing systems (JIRA) and asset tracking.
• Proven ability to manage complex workflows.
