Manager, Distribution Operations

📋 Description

• Lead and coach Operations Supervisors and Associates daily.
• Drive inbound, put-away, replenishment, and inventory flow.
• Develop SOPs and standardized work; improve processes.
• Analyze KPIs: throughput, accuracy, productivity, labor, quality.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and review staff.
• Ensure inventory integrity and safe inbound freight.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years leadership in warehouse/distribution/logistics.
• Experience leading frontline associates/supervisors.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent.
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and KPI-driven mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office; excellent communication.
