Manager, Drug User Health

📋 Description

• Provide TA and capacity-building to state and local health department and community-based programs
• Provide regular coaching, responsive and innovative messaging, mentoring, networking, and technical
• Collect and present grantee program data and evaluate the impact of grants, with assistance from
• Manage project-related files by ensuring that necessary materials are current and properly filed.
• Work across NASTAD to identify and leverage existing organizational partnerships for Drug User
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams to coordinate TA efforts across states and regions.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of harm reduction frameworks, drug user health, behavioral health, and integrated systems
• The ability to identify opportunities for training or skill-building with constituents and the
• Collaboration skills
• Project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Oral and written communication skills
