Manager, EHS II

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain environmental, health and safety (EHS) programs to ensure
• Align and integrate EHS strategy with organizational mission, goals, and strategies.
• Monitor regulatory requirements/trends, conduct impact analyses, and implement compliance programs.
• Monitor EHS trends and develop recommendations for input into EHS LRP.
• Develop and conduct training course material to meet learner or business needs.
• Make timely decisions based on facts/data; influence others without formal authority; negotiate

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (EHS related, Engineering) plus 5+ years of EHS related experience OR Master's
• EHS or Engineering professional certification preferred, not required.
• Working experience in implementing EHS regulations, conducting incident investigations, interacting
• Ability to establish measurable project goals and implementation plans, balance conflicting work
• Ability to develop standards and/or policies that meet business objectives.
• Ability to actively listen, build and maintain effective working relationships, and resolve
