🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading Electrical Harness Design teams in aircraft programs
• Experience with performance reviews and improvement plans
• Proficient with 2D/3D design tools (Mentor Graphics Capital, NX)
• Electrical Harness Certification knowledge
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, staffing, and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering
