🎯 Requirements

10+ years hardware development engineering experience; 5+ years in management.
Proven ability to build relationships and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Experience managing priorities in ambiguous, fast-paced environments; adapts quickly.
Expertise in embedded systems design on microcontrollers and SoCs.
Prototyping and testing experience; high-volume production manufacturing.
Proficient in CAD software and EPDM; Altium/Agile preferred.
