• Lead planning and execution of electrical maintenance and field services for nuclear clients.
• Provide technical leadership for electrical field services, ensuring safety and code compliance.
• Drive outage planning and execution; expand electrical service offerings.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Collaborate with customers, field teams, and leadership to deliver outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in electrical maintenance, testing, or outage execution.
• 3+ years leading technical teams or field operations.
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, OSHA and electrical safety.
• Ability to read electrical blueprints, schematics, and one-line diagrams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and to obtain access to nuclear sites.
