📋 Description

• Own the section's operating results across powder handling, mixing, and roll-to-roll tape
• Manage and develop a small, mostly-engineer team of process engineers, equipment engineers, and
• Establish and track section-level metrics (OEE, yield, cycle time) and direct resourcing toward the
• Set methods and standards for evaluating and vetting floor-level solutions, ensuring fixes across
• Represent the section in cross-functional planning with peer engineering and manufacturing teams
• Build and prioritize a continuous improvement roadmap for the section, balancing waste reduction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or
• 7+ years in manufacturing/production operations, including team management experience
• Strong material science foundation — able to connect powder properties and tape mechanics to
• Proven track record hiring, developing, and managing process/equipment engineers or technicians
• Deep familiarity with manufacturing metrics (OEE, downtime) and a root-cause approach to
• Working knowledge of roll-to-roll processes — powder transformation, mixing, web handling
