🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in community management or marketing operations, including at least 1-2
• Organized with a strong ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
• Problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse
• Comfortable testing, iterating, and adjusting strategies to find the optimal approach for each
• Skilled at navigating ambiguous environments and experimenting with different approaches to achieve
• Data-driven and results-oriented, with a keen ability to translate insights into action.
