• 3+ years of experience managing or leading Account Management teams.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and developing high-performing
• Proven success in sales leadership within a SaaS, B2B, or similarly metrics-driven organization.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities, with a genuine commitment to helping team members grow and
