Manager, Employee Communications

📋 Description

• Partner with leaders to align on company-wide initiatives and changes.
• Develop and execute strategic internal communications plans.
• Translate complex priorities into clear, employee-facing narratives.
• Lead narrative tracking to maintain visibility of messaging and alignment.
• Create content including messaging, leader toolkits, FAQs, intranet content, and calendars.
• Support leadership communications and crisis materials with the Senior Director.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in internal/corporate communications or related field.
• Confident, creative in strategic communications.
• Strong writer and editor with storytelling mindset.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear employee messages.
• Experience supporting enterprise initiatives or transformation programs.
• Experience writing for executives; build relationships with leaders.
