Manager, Employee Communications & Engagement

📋 Description

• Serve as an operational partner to employee network leaders, providing guidance on annual planning
• Coordinate enterprise employee network initiatives, leadership forums, events, and engagement
• Support community impact, volunteerism, giving, and CSR-related employee activation initiatives.
• Develop, write, edit, and distribute employee communications, including emails, intranet content
• Create employee-focused stories highlighting achievements, recognition, community involvement
• Partner with enterprise communications teams to align messaging with editorial calendars

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing
• Typically 8+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, community or
• Experience developing employee-facing communications and coordinating enterprise programs
• Experience supporting employee networks, employee resource groups, community programs, CSR
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, verbal communication, facilitation, and content development
• Strong project and program management capabilities, including the ability to coordinate multiple
