Manager - Employer Branding & Communications

📋 Description

• Own the employer brand strategy, narrative and EVP across audiences
• Manage reputation on Glassdoor, AmbitionBox and Google, and grow LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X
• Run awards and recognition submissions such as GPTW
• Lead employee stories, leadership content, the careers page and campus branding
• Build an employee advocacy program, recruitment assets for the talent acquisition teams
• Write and shape leadership messaging: announcements, town halls, all-hands

🎯 Requirements

• Strong EB fundamentals and fluency in producing high-quality content for all audiences
• Internal comms and leadership messaging experience
• Experience running large-scale company events, engagement and culture initiatives
• Direct team management experience (min 2-3 people)
• Proficiency in building AI workflows across workstreams
