10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience shipping and operating products in production.
5+ years engineering management in startup/distributed env with 8-10 direct reports.
Hands-on coding in the team’s stack; continue as a manager.
Comfortable using AI-assisted engineering tools while preserving quality and security.
Proven CI/CD, testing, observability, and data-driven planning.
Fluency in English.
