📋 Description

• Lead the Catalog engineering team as a hands-on manager.
• Drive AI-native SDLC and ship full-stack features.
• Collaborate with product and design; shape platform roadmap.
• Hire and onboard engineers; enforce a high AI-native bar.
• Drive collaboration with PMs and design; align across teams.
• Contribute improvements to the AI-driven SDLC and skills library.

🎯 Requirements

• AI-driven SDLC with hands-on AI tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor).
• Full-stack orientation; across backend and frontend.
• Delivery ownership from scoping to shipping and retros.
• Production experience with C#/.NET, Go, Python, or Java.
• React or equivalent frontend framework.
• Relational DB: MS SQL Server or Postgres.
