📋 Description

• Day-to-day line management of an Infra Engineering team in Gurugram.
• Own on-call coverage, incident response, and triage of alerts.
• Oversee platform maintenance, upgrades, and security hardening.
• Lead Kubernetes clusters and in-cluster services powering Anaplan SaaS.
• Prioritize and plan work using Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with Service Management, Release, Security, and Eng teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Led or mentored engineers as manager or senior engineer
• Managed on-call rotations and incident response
• Strong knowledge of Public Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps
• Excellent communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experienced with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
• Coach and develop engineers across levels
