Manager, Engineering - AI and Data Team Manager

📋 Description

• Define and drive AI/ML/data roadmap and architecture for scalable systems.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data scientists and ML engineers.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of data pipelines and AI/ML apps.
• Guide model development, MLOps, and secure API integration with internal systems.
• Architect secure, high-performance data pipelines for multi-environment datasets.
• Collaborate with security, product, and platform teams to translate challenges into automation and intelligence.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Data Science, ML engineering, or Data Engineering, with 2+ years in technical leadership.
• Strong architectural understanding of LLM tech, RAG, prompt engineering, MLOps, and secure API integration.
• Deep expertise with Python, AWS (S3/Lambda/Batch/Glue/Bedrock/Redshift), and ML frameworks.
• Led end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to deployment and MLOps.
• Design secure, large-scale multi-tenant data architectures.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and ability to influence technical direction.
