📋 Description

• Define and execute the AI and data tech roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop data scientists and ML engineers.
• Oversee AI/ML lifecycle: architecture, deployment, monitoring.
• Guide scalable data pipelines and model training processes.
• Drive generative AI, LLMs, and secure AI workflows.
• Partner with infra, product, and security for reliability and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data science, ML, or data engineering; 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and MLOps.
• Extensive Python plus AWS: S3, Lambda, Batch, Glue, Bedrock, Redshift.
• Proven experience building end-to-end ML pipelines from ingestion to production.
• Software architecture, scalable data systems, secure multi-tenant environments.
• Excellent communication; mentor engineers; influence decisions.
