📋 Description

• Lead the Weave Enterprise team ensuring availability, readiness, and compliance for enterprise
• Own technical direction, delivery, and operational health for your team.
• Collaborate with Weave leadership and Sales to align on customer feedback and deals.
• Oversee on-call rotations and incident responses to maintain reliability.
• Drive roadmap, hiring, and a culture of excellence.
• Manage large-scale, multi-cloud deployments while optimizing cost/performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering; 1–3 years as an engineering manager.
• Experience shipping enterprise software at scale, including single-tenant and on-prem deployments.
• Strong grasp of availability metrics, SLAs/SLOs, and incident response.
• Familiarity with AI observability concepts, data pipelines, and compliance needs.
• Ability to collaborate with sales and customers during calls and reviews.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
