• Document learnings and measure impact toward productization.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record shipping technical fixes for developer productivity.
• Experience with CI/CD, platform friction, or internal tooling.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and building a roadmap.
• People management experience in small teams.
• Technical depth to prototype solutions and guide others.
• Product judgment to assess internal tools for paying customers.
