Manager, Engineering - Subscription Growth

📋 Description

• Lead a cross-functional backend and iOS team in the Subscription Growth squad.
• Partner with Product and Design to drive growth across mobile and web apps.
• Make growth and monetization decisions grounded in product context.
• Hands-on delivery management; keep backlog healthy; plan tech debt.
• Coach and develop engineers; focus on team health and collaboration.
• Salary: $140,000 - $210,000.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years leading engineering teams in close Product/Design partnership.
• Strong analytical focus; comfortable with tricky A/B testing and data attribution.
• Experience building highly available third-party integrations that process high-volume data.
• Experience leading consumer-facing native apps using iterative, learning-focused agile methodologies.
• Strong technical and product judgment: frame engineering investments as business outcomes.
• Experience developing high-trust engineering teams through mentorship and coaching.
