• Partner with Product and Design to explore Growth across mobile and web apps
• Ensure technical decisions grounded in product context for growth and monetization
• Hands-on delivery management: backlog healthy; plan maintenance/tech debt
• Coach and develop your team, prioritizing team health

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years leading engineering teams with Product and Design, customer outcomes
• Strong analytical focus; A/B testing and data attribution
• Experience building highly available third-party integrations processing high-volume data
• Experience leading consumer-facing development work for native apps using iterative Agile
• Strong technical and product judgment; tie engineering investments to business outcomes
• Prior software engineering experience focused on native Apple apps (iOS)
