Manager, Enterprise Application Engineering

📋 Description

• Build and lead the Dublin-based team of Enterprise Application Engineers and AI Enablement
• Stay hands-on: design systems, review code, write integrations, unblock production issues; set the
• Own the internal application layer: applications, services, and automations across core platforms
• Drive AI enablement: agents, MCP servers, and internal AI tooling with guardrails and long-term
• Partner with Finance, People, GTM, Marketing, CX, Legal, and Workplace to scope and sequence
• Establish engineering standards for writing, testing, deployment, documentation, and monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of engineering management experience, and 7+ years of hands-on enterprise
• Hands-on depth in Python, TypeScript, Go, or similar; experience designing and operating API-based
• Working knowledge of enterprise SaaS: Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Okta, Marketo/Braze, Zendesk
• Demonstrated experience applying LLMs or AI agents in production, with guardrails and evaluation
• Track record hiring and developing engineers; able to raise the technical bar on a team.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, especially with non-technical teams.
