πŸ“‹ Description

  • Lead and mentor a team of BDRs responsible for inbound qualification and outbound pipeline generation
  • Hire, onboard, and develop BDRs; set KPIs and track progress
  • Provide ongoing coaching in weekly 1:1s to boost skills and performance
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation to refine MQLs and campaigns
  • Work with Sales to improve outbound strategies and account coverage
  • Forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment and monitor KPIs

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years leading a BDR team (Cybersecurity/Open Source preferred)
  • Experience with funnel management across inbound, outbound, upsell, and new business
  • Hands-on enablement experience onboarding, ramping, and developing reps
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead-generation tools
  • Strong analytics and data-driven decision making
  • Proven ability to recruit, hire, and train new people
