📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure launch readiness across product, GTM, support.
• Provide governance on release processes, timelines, and templates for stakeholders.
• Drive alignment on key decisions across teams to deliver results.
• Identify and implement operational enhancements for launch efficiency.
• Collect launch metrics and report results to senior leadership.
• Advise on Product, GTM, Support, and Operations to remove blockers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in program and project management, leading product launches, or product strategy.
• Experience with product launch lifecycle.
• Excellent communication with executives, stakeholders, and leaders on launches and risks.
• Strong leadership and team skills to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and PM skills; can create, execute, and adjust plans.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
